Proven commitment to international humanitarian relief (i.e. Kuwait, Haiti, and Venezuela) and domestic reconstruction-redevelopment initiatives related to hurricane disasters (Andrew-1992; Katrina-2005; Sandy-2012; Irma and Harvey-2017); heavily engaged in mitigation of global warming/greenhouse gas through renewable energy projects; paralleled higher education enhancements to match expanding scope of practitioner career.  



A results-oriented, business development executive with substantive record of developing, negotiating and managing substantial redevelopment, humanitarian and renewable energy projects both domestic and abroad; dedicated to developing and maintaining rewarding relationships through strategic alliances, commitment and trust – partnering relationships which include top-tier international companies, governmental agencies and cabinet level ministries.



2012-2018       Developed international trade relationships; negotiated and executed transaction agreements between US and China, Turkey, Belgium, Ireland, Japan, Poland and other regions for renewable energy initiatives in excess of $900 million. Established a renewable Energy Program in Florida to mitigate devastation of Citrus Plantations – Repurposed to Biomass for Energy Production.


2010-2012       Pro Bono effort in humanitarian relief to Haiti presented $1.5 billion reconstruction redevelopment program to Haiti Ministry; program approved by Minister of Finance and Economics. Entire program devised, formulated and provided internally.


1996-2015       Conceived, developed and managed large scale programs of social housing, medical clinics and mix-use projects domestically and internationally; professional contribution to projects from Florida to Maine and abroad in Bahamas, Turks & Caicos, Venezuela, Haiti and Dominican Republic.


1993-2000       Assistant Director of Small Business Development Center (SBDC) for Florida Atlantic University, Conceived and Established Workforce Training Programs and Business Incubators in West Palm Beach and Miami, Florida; Subcontract Consultant to Arthur Anderson, IPA Global, McKinsey Consultants and George May Consultants on Marketing, Business Development and Strategic Planning for Fortune 500 type firms across the US.
